Each year, the Public Service Commission hosts an ethics and administrative law training series with the Office of Regulatory Staff at the Commission’s office. This year, the course will be on Friday, October 11th, and will incorporate discussions of the Code of Judicial Conduct, the State Ethics Act, and the SC Administrative Procedures Act, among other topics of relevance to the Commission and the Office of Regulatory Staff.
