On December 11th at 10:00 a.m., the PSC will host an allowable ex parte briefing with representatives from Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Incorporated, Duke Energy Progress, LLC, and Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC to receive updates on the Atlantic Coast Pipeline project.
