The public night hearing currently scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2020, is now postponed until Thursday, March 19, 2020.  

Customers will be able to call in next Thursday (3/19/2020) evening to testify, and the public night hearing next Thursday will be livestreamed. Next Thursday’s public night hearing will be a virtual hearing.
