Beginning on August 2nd at 10 a.m., the PSC will hold an avoided cost proceeding in Dockets No. 2021-89-E and 2021-90-E, involving Duke Energy Carolinas and Duke Energy Progress. This proceeding will continue as necessary through the week of August 2nd-6th.

Beginning on August 18th at 10 a.m., the PSC will hold an avoided cost proceeding in Docket No. 2021-88-E, involving Dominion Energy South Carolina. This proceeding will continue that week and the following week as necessary.
