The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte briefing on December 2nd, 2021 at 10 a.m. involving the Office of Regulatory Staff’s oversight of Santee Cooper and any special information on Santee Cooper’s operations, as well as an update on the statutory authority given to the Public Service Commission in terms of the Commission’s responsibilities regarding Santee Cooper. Interested parties can watch this briefing in real time, but must register at this link prior to the allowable ex parte briefing.
