The Public Service Commission has scheduled two allowable ex parte briefings on December 7th at 10:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. pertaining to Dominion Energy South Carolina, Incorporated and Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Incorporated and the cost of gas on natural gas prices and and electricity prices and the impact on customers.
