The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte communication briefing for September 15th at 1:00 p.m. at the request of Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC and Duke Energy Progress, LLC. This allowable ex parte communication briefing will involve the Companies' Integrated Resource Plan filing, "2023 Carolinas Resource Plan."
