On Monday, August 28th, 2023, beginning at 10 a.m., the Public Service Commission of South Carolina will host a customer public hearing in Docket No. 2023-9-E, which involves Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc.’s 2023 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). This session will continue at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th and at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023, only if needed. This hearing will take place in the Commission’s Hearing Room at 101 Executive Center Drive, Columbia, SC, 29210.

Customers wishing to present testimony at this public hearing may do so either in-person or virtually and may preregister at this link, or by emailing communications@psc.sc.gov, or by calling 803.896.5133. Once a customer has preregistered, they will receive further instructions and a time slot from the PSC. Customers who sign up on the day of the hearing to testify in person but do not pre-register will be called at the end of the pre-registrant list. The PSC asks that all customers interested in testifying preregister by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 25th, 2023.
