On April 2nd, 2024, the Public Service Commission issued a Notice of Consolidation of Dockets in Docket Nos. 2023-388-E and Docket No. 2023-403-E. The Notice can be reviewed at this link. These dockets were consolidated at the request of the Office of Regulatory Staff, who noted that the consolidation of these two dockets creates synergies and efficiencies in the process.
