At the Commission Business Meeting of October 3rd, 2024, the Public Service Commission issued Order No. 2024-683, which instructed staff to open a 2025 Docket and conduct proceedings in calendar year 2025 regarding the impact of and related recovery from Hurricane Helene on South Carolina electric utilities regulated by the PSC. On January 7th, 2025, the Public Service Commission opened ND 2025-1-A.
