The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte communication briefing for Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at 10 a.m. The topic of this allowable ex parte communication briefing, which comes at the joint request of the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff, Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc., South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper), Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, and Duke Energy Progress, LLC will be updates on the Southeastern Regional Transmission Planning (SERTP) stakeholder process pursuant to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 1920.
