The Public Service Commission has scheduled an additional in-person customer public hearing date on April 28th, 2026, in Docket No. 2025-325-E, which involves an application filed by Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. for authority to adjust and increase its retail electric rates and charges. This April 28th session of the customer public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. at the Aiken County Government Center's County Council Chambers (1930 University Parkway, 3rd Floor, Aiken, SC 29801). This hearing will be in-person and will require anyone interested in testifying to attend.
