Dominion Energy South Carolina (DESC) has filed an annual update on their demand side management programs and a petition to update their rider. This filing includes a request for a rate increase for the residential customer class and a rate decrease for the general service customer class. The company estimates the impact of this petition, if approved, to be an increase of $.43 monthly for a residential customer using 1,000 kilowatt-hours. A public hearing in this matter, if scheduled, will be held in Columbia, SC and notice will be furnished to all interested persons if and when it is scheduled. It will also be posted on the Commission's Docket Management System and website.
