At their Commission Business Meeting of May 19th, 2022, the Public Service Commission issued a directive in Docket No. 2009-167-T, which can be reviewed at this link. The Directive, noting that Bill S.1045 is awaiting the signature of the Governor and that the bill amends and repeals certain statutes related to the licensure and regulation of transportation companies, directed PSC staff to schedule a public forum on the proposed changes to the Commission's Transportation Applications for Class A, C, and E Authority. The date and time of the public forum will be announced in the near future.
